Implant and Instrument Lifetime Warranty

SECUROS guarantees that any instrument or implant will be free of defects in materials and workmanship, when used under normal conditions for its intendedpurpose. In the event that an instrumentor implant is defective, SECUROS will at its sole option either repair or replace the instrument or implant.

Many of the instruments manufacturedby SECUROS are hand-finished by skilled craftsmen. Consequently, there may be slight variations in the dimensions of an instrument from those given in the listed specifications.

Disclaimer: The responsibility for use of SECUROS product lies entirely on the user. Incorrect handling, sterilization, or use can significantly decrease the quality or effectiveness of SECUROS product.The limitations of the product must be discussed with the patient’s owner, including an emphasis on the risk of implant failure due to physical activity.

Repair Service Warranty

SECUROS Surgical repair services are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our repair services, please contact us. Securos instruments that are broken or non-repairable due to a manufacturer's defect will be replaced at no charge to the customer. Our pricing for non-Securos instrument repairs and consumable part replacements are competitive and, as always, we back our repairs with a 90 day satisfaction guarantee.

Warranties are not valid for SECUROS instruments and products that prove defective as a result of improper care and cleaning or misuse.

MicroAire^® Warranty

MicroAire^®-powered surgical instruments are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Exceptions include ECTR scopes, which are warranted up to three months after purchase date. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement (at the discretion of the manufacturer) of the product without charge.

MicroAire reserves the right to void the manufacturer’s warranty in the event of abuse, misuse, disassembly, alteration, neglect, unauthorized repair, non-recommended usage and/or non-compliance per the Operating Instructions furnished by MicroAire.

All other expressed or implied warranties are excluded and MicroAire shall have no liability of any kind for incidental or consequential damages.

MicroAire Repair and Warranty

Arbutus Warranty

Arbutus Medical warrants all linen products for 75 appropriate uses or 90 days from original purchase, whichever comes first. All other Arbutus Medical product components have a life time warranty of one (1) year from the original purchase date.

Warranty is at discretion of Arbutus Medical and is limited to repair or replacement of the product. Report your issue to your local Arbutus Distributor within the applicable warranty period and supply the Arbutus Distributor with a copy of your dated bill of sale showing that the Products at issue are still under warranty.

This Warranty is VOID if the Products have been altered or modified in any way including, but not limited to, if any repair activities have been undertaken in respect of the Products without authorization from Arbutus Medical and/or the serial number is altered or removed.

ChromeVET™ Headlamp Warranty

ChomeVET headlamps are warranted by Riverpoint Medical to be free from defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Exceptions include accessories (batteries, charger, and other items included in a kit other than the headlight unit), which are warranted up to six months after purchase date.

During the warranty period, Riverpoint Medical will repair or replace, at its sole option, any defective parts that will not operate for their intended purpose with new or refurbished parts if such repair or replacement is needed. Damage caused by abnormal wear and tear, abnormal use or conditions, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, improper handling or storage, unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs not performed by a certified technician, improper use of any electrical source or third-party battery, operator error, non-compliance with instructions or other acts which are not the fault of manufacturer, including damage or loss during shipping.

All other expressed or implied warranties are excluded and Riverpoint Medical shall have no liability of any kind for incidental or consequential damages.
