Because we stand behind the quality of our products, we’ll service them at no charge for the lifetime of the instrument. It’s just one more way we provide the industry’s most personalized service.
Currently, we offer repair services to customers in the United States, and customers with a Centaur account in the United Kingdom.
Requesting a repair
Get the repair process started by completing our Instrument Work Order Form, which includes detailed instructions on how to prepare your instruments for servicing. Once your form is processed, we’ll send you a UPS Ground shipping label, which covers free inbound shipping from you to us.

Get in the cycle
To maximize performance and longevity, instruments should be serviced on a quarterly cycle, or, at minimum, twice per year. Our instrument care guide will show you how to properly clean, sterilize and store your instruments, as well as provide troubleshooting tips to help you identify and prevent common instrument issues.
