Business Hours:
Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Next day delivery orders must be placed by 3 pm. Orders placed after 3:00pm will ship the following day.

Payment Terms:
Net 30 days. All major credit cards are accepted. All orders outside of the US and Canada will require Wire Fund Transfers for payment - a SECUROS Sales Representative will contact you.

Freight:
All shipments FOB Charlton, MA. Insurance will be added for all orders over $100.

Sales Tax: If sales tax amount is not indicated (or shows as zero), it will be added to your final invoice. To calculate your likely total, please add your local sales tax to the total shown on your web invoices.

Returned Goods Policy:
Returned merchandise is accepted up to thirty days after purchase. Returns cannot be accepted without a Return Authorization number, which can be obtained from your Sales Representative. All returns subject to a 15% restocking fee.
